La Pirogue Hotel and cottages are located in Wolmar Flic en Flac, 35 km from Port Louis the capital city, on the Western part of Mauritius Island. There are cottages, standard rooms, superior rooms and royal suites available. The one floor individual cottages are grouped in small villages displayed in an arc surrounded with a 14 hectares garden with colorful hibiscus and frangipani. There are 200 Standard rooms each 25 square meters. Some of them are interconnecting which is ideal for big families. Here and there you will find as decoration frangipani flowers. The Superior rooms are grouped in 5 small villages; there are 46 rooms each of 35 square meters. There are two royal suites available. They are located in the north part of the resort. They are both 78 square meters. Both Bougainvillaea and Flamboyant are very private occupying each a larger cottage with their own private garden; they are closed to the heart of the resort and open on the palm grove and the magnificent blue lagoon. Large bedrooms bright and pleasing with refined Asian style furniture. Fruit basket offered on arrival. All around beautiful bouquets of frangipani flowers. The price rates are between 60 euro and 610 euro. The Hotel offers also a large variety of excursions and activities as big fishing, scuba diving, horse riding, water sports and also activities for kids. There is a room service available 24 hours a day.
